Privacy

Online orders contain the details needed to prepare and fulfil the order, including your name, telephone number, chosen time and, for deliveries, your address. These details are used only to manage your order and maintain records required for normal business, tax or legal purposes.

Buffet enquiry details are placed into a text message on your device and are not sent until you choose to send that message. Cathy's does not sell customer details or use them for unrelated marketing.

You may ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion by calling Cathy's, subject to records that must legally be retained.

Orders and buffet enquiries

Submitting an online order or buffet enquiry is a request. It is confirmed only when Cathy's accepts it. Menu items, prices and availability may change, and Cathy's may contact you if an item or requested time is unavailable.

Orders can be placed only during the available service times shown on the ordering page. Payment is made on collection or delivery unless another arrangement is confirmed.

If plans change, contact Cathy's as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible after made-to-order or perishable food has been prepared.

Allergens

Tell Cathy's about every food allergy or intolerance when ordering. Allergen information is available from the team. Food is prepared in a working kitchen where allergens are handled, so cross-contact cannot be ruled out. If your allergy is severe, call Cathy's before ordering.

Delivery and collection

Collection: Monday–Friday 08:30–14:00; Saturday 09:00–13:00.
Delivery: Monday–Friday 09:00–13:00; Saturday 09:00–12:00.
Sunday: Closed.

Delivery is normally available within approximately two miles. Cathy's may decline or delay an order when the kitchen or delivery service is at capacity.
